Supporting men's health helping you to take a proactive approach to your health

Hi, I'm Laura

I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist, passionate about helping men take control of their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition.

I know life is busy. Between work, family and everyday pressures, your own health often slips down the priority list. You may have noticed your energy isn't what it used to be, your waistline has gradually expanded, your digestion isn't quite right, or you simply don't feel as well as you know you could.

The good news? Improving your health doesn't have to mean turning your life upside down.

My role is to help you understand why you feel the way you do and guide you towards small, realistic changes that improve your health, energy and long-term wellbeing.

If you've found yourself searching online for answers, trying different diets or wondering if feeling tired, bloated or sluggish is "just part of getting older", you're not alone.

Many of the men I work with don't feel unwell; they just don't feel like themselves.

Whether your goal is to improve your energy, lose weight, support your digestion, reduce inflammation or simply feel healthier, together we'll create a plan that works for you.

I have a particular interest in supporting:

Men's health

Gut and digestive health

Liver and gallbladder health

Chronic inflammation

Weight and metabolic health

Energy and fatigue

Heart health and healthy ageing
