Why do I want to

IBS?

My own experience of irritable bowel symptoms and acid reflux, and my subsequent training, means I can offer a tried and tested way to begin to resolve IBS symptoms, embarrassing urgency and bloating.

I know what it feels like not to be listened to and not to have anyone to turn to — and I'm passionate about helping others so they don't feel alone on this journey.

I've battled IBS for decades — diagnosed in my twenties, blitzed with antibiotics for helicobacter pylori, and sent on my way. The symptoms just kept coming back. I tried every diet, supplement and test going.

A few years ago, after yet another 'healthy salad', I found myself thinking: ENOUGH. That moment led me to Nutritional Therapy — proper science, real answers, from mouth to the other end.

Today, as a qualified Nutritional Therapist & Coach, I help you find your answers. No generic plans — I look at your whole life, all your symptoms, what you eat, when, how and why.

Microbiome And Weight: What Is The Link?

When our gut health, our microbiome, is out of balance, we may suffer from pain, constipation, diarrhoea, heartburn, gas and bloating. Other less obvious symptoms are weight gain, aching joints, skin issues, chronic fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, allergies, hay fever, food intolerances, headaches, migraine, hormone problems and even long covid.
