Improving IBs & acid reflux

Jackie Morrell dipION, mBANT, CNHC

ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH:

Bloating?

Change in bowel habits?

Cramping and stomach pain?

Indigestion and heartburn?

Excessive and smelly wind?

Acid reflux?

Then please talk to me

For 30 years, I was the person suffering from all of these hugely impactful symptoms, and finding the right way to help myself changed my life.

I retrained with the prestigious Institute of Optimum Nutrition and now help women take charge of their health, understand the reasons behind their problems, and work towards improved gut health and a symptom free life.

My own experience of IBS and my subsequent training, means I can offer women a tried and tested way to begin to resolve their IBS symptoms.

I know what it feels like not to be listened to and not to have anyone to turn to and I’m passionate about helping others so they don’t feel alone.

Every person is unique and therefore the solution to their IBS is unique too.

I will listen, advise and be with you throughout your journey and together we will find the best way for you to control your symptoms once and for all.

About 30% of all IBS sufferers are men, but men often don’t recognise or talk about their symptoms.

WHAT ABOUT MEN?

Although most of my clients are female, I’d be delighted to talk to any men who are struggling with the same IBS symptoms.
